  • The newest chips are allocated to the biggest buyers first.

One Compute Unit (CU) is 1/40 of a specific GPU.

  • Your device and fraction index are on your invoice and in the register.
  • You hold it as a co-owner, alongside the other holders of that GPU.
  • The devices are owned and sold by BAZU OÜ. The platform is run by MODERNFX LIMITADA.
  • Own all 40 fractions of one GPU and it is fully yours, with the option to withdraw it.

When AI companies rent your GPU, that rental is tracked to your exact device.

  • Rental revenue is recorded at the device level.
  • Disclosed hosting and management fees come off first.
  • The remaining rental income is divided among the GPU's 40 fractions, according to how many you hold.
  • Amounts vary with demand, are not guaranteed and can be zero. Past amounts do not predict future ones.

  • B200, from $2,800 per CU plus a platform fee at checkout: NVIDIA's data-centre flagship, built for large-model training and inference.
  • Different GPUs see different rental demand. Neither tier comes with a guaranteed outcome.
  • You can hold fractions across several devices and both tiers.

Read these before you buy.

  • GPUs depreciate and can fail. Devices are insured, and failed units are replaced or paid out under the Hardware Purchase Agreement.
  • No return, yield or recovery of your purchase price is promised.
  • Fractions can be transferred only on the AION platform, directly to another AION user or through the AION marketplace. Off-platform transfers are void.
  • Not available to US persons or sanctioned jurisdictions. Seek independent advice.

Devices are maintained and insured. If one fails or reaches end of life, co-owners decide between a replacement of equal or better spec, or a payout of insurance proceeds and residual value.
